The property is wonderful, nestled in the Tuscan Maremma countryside and tranquility but at the same time close to Castiglione della Pescaia. The rooms are clean and are tidied up every day. The best thing, however, is the friendliness, helpfulness and sympathy, really an added value of the facility.

This farmhouse has a piece of my heart.
Our room was gorgeous, intimate and romantic with even a nice little terrace all to ourselves. The outside is surrounded by greenery, flowers, kittens and little birds.
Serena made us feel at home.
She was very kind, helpful and gave us lots of advice: from the best restaurants to eat at, to places to visit, to the most beautiful beaches to go to.
In addition to welcoming us warmly, she turned out to be an excellent cook: her pies make you start your day with a smile.
Hearty breakfast ranging from sweet (mini croissants, chocolate bundles, homemade tarts of various flavors, juices, coffee, cappuccino etc.) to savory (fried dumplings, tomato bruschettine, cold cuts, cheeses, mini sandwiches etc.) overlooking the pool.
What can I say, a lovely place and a great welcome.
